What is NFA Burger?
NFA Burger is a smash-burger concept from founder Billy Kramer, often called Georgia’s Best Burger. It began as the @billysburgers Instagram, grew into a pop-up, and opened inside a Dunwoody gas station in December 2019.
Where is NFA Burger located?
We have two Atlanta-area locations: Avalon in Alpharetta and our original spot in Dunwoody.
What are your hours?
Avalon is open Sunday 12–8pm, Monday 11am–8pm, and Tuesday through Saturday 11am–9pm. Dunwoody is open Tuesday through Saturday 11am–7:30pm and is closed Sunday and Monday.
Is NFA Burger really inside a gas station?
Yes. The original Dunwoody location is inside a Chevron, three miles from Billy’s house, where he smashed his first NFA burger on December 3, 2019.
What is on the menu?
Smashed Certified Angus Beef burgers, hot dogs and sausages, Sassy Tots and beef-tallow fries, and sweets — all smashed to order on a Martin’s Potato Roll with our house Sassy Sauce.
What makes the burger different?
Two 2.75 oz Certified Angus Beef patties smashed thin for crispy edges, with American cheese, Mt. Olive pickles, French’s mustard, and Sassy Sauce on a Martin’s Potato Roll.
Do you offer catering?
Yes. We cater from both kitchens for groups of any size, with a $500 minimum. Visit our Catering page to start an inquiry.
What is the Burger Benefit?
An annual event Billy founded in 2023 supporting Giving Kitchen. Chefs from Atlanta and beyond serve their take on a cheeseburger, and all proceeds help food-service workers in crisis.
