Dish & Utility keeps the restaurant clean and running: the dish station and machine, sanitization, and help with deliveries. Responsibilities include setting up and breaking down the dish area in compliance with Health Department regulations, operating and sanitizing the dish machine, keeping the restaurant clean, and receiving and putting up deliveries.
